These Terms of Service govern your use of the dailyfs website, mobile application, and related services (collectively, "dailyfs"). By accessing or using dailyfs, you agree to these terms.

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must meet the minimum age required by applicable law and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for safeguarding access to your account and for activity occurring under it.

2. About the service

dailyfs provides tools for recording foods, reviewing nutrition information, tracking personal goals, discovering recipes, and sharing community content. Features may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued.

3. Nutrition and AI disclaimer

All nutrition values, barcode data, recipe information, and AI-generated estimates are provided for general informational purposes only. They may be incomplete or inaccurate. dailyfs does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Consult a qualified professional for medical or dietary concerns. Do not use nutrition estimates as the sole basis for managing a medical condition.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, access another person's account without permission, interfere with service operations, submit malicious code, impersonate others, or upload content that violates applicable law or the rights of others.

5. Community content

You are responsible for content you publish. You retain ownership of your content but grant dailyfs a limited, non-exclusive license to host, display, and distribute it within the service as necessary to operate community features. We may review, restrict, or remove posts that involve harassment, hate, threats, spam, impersonation, misleading health claims, unlawful material, or violations of others' privacy or intellectual property. We may restrict accounts for repeated or serious violations. Not every post is reviewed before appearing in the feed.

6. Third-party services

Some features rely on third-party infrastructure, AI providers, food databases, and image-hosting services. Their availability and accuracy are not guaranteed, and their separate terms may apply.

7. Intellectual property

The dailyfs name, app interface, and original service materials belong to their respective owners. These terms do not transfer ownership of those materials to you.

8. Availability and termination

We may suspend or restrict accounts that violate these terms or threaten service security. You may stop using the service at any time and request deletion as described on our account deletion page.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided on an "as available" basis without guarantees of uninterrupted operation or accuracy. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms by publishing a revised version. Applicable laws, including mandatory consumer protections, continue to apply to your use of dailyfs. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
